Garlic is very good for heart health. It is used as ingredient in many dishes. It is used on very large scale in India and middle east. Today I am sharing a very healthy and delicious recipe with very low calories. It is very easy and will be ready in very short time.

The Ingredients Used

The ingredients used are very simple.

Firstly, take a whole chicken with skin

Garlic : 4-5 pieces

Salt to taste

Vinegar : 4 table spoon

Crushed red chilli : 1 Table spoon

Oil : 3-4 Table spoon  

How To Make It

First of all, make some small holes in the chicken and put small pieces of garlic in it. Now take a small bowl and pour all remaining ingredients in it. Mix it well. Then apply that on the whole chicken. Leave it for half an hour so that spices penetrate in the chicken.

How To Cook It

It can be cooked in two ways. You can steam or bake it. I like to steam the chicken, because it becomes more juicy and tasty. Its your choice.

If you want to bake it, preheat the oven and put the whole chicken (wrapped with the foil) in the oven. It may take 40-60 minutes to be ready.

If you want to steam it, put chicken in the deep pot, add 1 cup of water and cover it tightly. Now cook it until chicken becomes tender and very small amount of gravy left. Serve it in the wide dish with the gravy on it.

It is very easy and healthy recipe. It may be served with the French fries or mashed potatoes. Try it and enjoy it with your family.
